Arugula is really easy to grow. It's kind of like a weed, so it doesn't take much to keep Arugula growing through out the seasons.

Plant Arugula seeds directly into the ground as soon as it is workable (Early Spring), Arugula will grow in cold and warm weather. Larger Arugula leaves will grow bitter, so it's best to pick smaller fresh leaves as it's growing. The flowers are also edible, use them in salads or soup.

Arugula is easy to grow, and is a healthy addition to your regular diet!
